The album is now available for download at Cdbaby.com.  Currently Marcus is also getting ready to release his follow-up album called “Prince of the Universe”. His sound is a melodic blend of Pop and RnB. I think this track dared to be different from common fodder heard from that of Fuego’s contemporaries. And though, the subject matter may be identical, Fuego

Whiskey Sharts: “#2” – a more than devilish Southern rock band!

Initially founded by the late Stan Mason Dixon, Whiskey Sharts is a more than devilish Southern rock band act hailing from Shartsville, who find their captivating strength in innumerable lewd and crude insinuations delivered via ass-kicking musical arrangements made up of crunchy, twanging guitars and sweet harmonies to seduce us. Quite simply, Trace Harlan Edwin Crooks, Rico Planeta, Beaver Davenport, Keith Fucking Jackson, Snake Whissken and Rico form an atypical rock band that is prepared to change the face of music…by squatting right on top of it! Whiskey Sharts depends on a mixture of comedic situations and lovable instrumentation to

Trigarow: “Don’t Know” – in a rare echelon of comfort

Trigarow, MC and visual artist relocated from Papua New Guinea to New Zealand in his early childhood years and hasn’t stood still since. From rallying his schoolmates for a new high school anthem at age 16, to his prolific music video output the 22-year old works in constant double-time. Trig’s just released his tropical single “Don’t Know” with vibes that stem from his island roots in PNG. If anyone is still unconvinced, “Don’t Know” should cement Trigarow’s deserved status among the genre’s iconic underground performers. That might ultimately be this track’s most important legacy: It offers a cohesive commercial product that

PaPa Shiraz: “For My Birthday” – Trap booms and hi-hats!

22 year-old Shiraz is an artist of Iranian origin based in Portsmouth UK. He started making music at the age of 14, but being in a religious household, he was kept away from learning any instruments and pushed towards making acapella Islamic music. Shiraz got to grips with a lot of software and made many friends in the Persian music industry, but he rarely listened to Persian music. In university he fell in love with hip-hop and started experimenting with it. On discovering his style, it was clear to him that he loved melodies which led to Shiraz doing plenty

Trey Connor: “While Everything Is Now” – At the core it’s positive pop!

Trey Connor hasn’t hit stardom just yet. But that’s because his Debut CD “While Everything Is Now” is only releasing to the general public on the 15th of December 2016. From the moment that I put the EP on, I was pleasantly surprised at how upbeat and unique the music sounded. The opener “What You Are (My Spark)”, is a surprisingly catchy song that grabs your attention with its anthemic and organic musical arrangement. Not to mention Trey’s urgent, soaring and almost gravelly vocal delivery, peppered with some falsetto interludes. Whatever the title of the EP had prepared me for,

Castle Pines: “Hollow Cause” – all-round relentlessly visionary drive

Castle Pines is a four piece Alternative Rock Outfit from Corona, CA. The members include Leandro Barrientos (vocalist) and Ricky Garvey (lead guitarist), Sterling Fairfield (percussionist) and Jesse Briseno (bassist). Forming the band out of the angst of losing his family’s home in the 2008 housing market crash, Leandro and Sterling decided on writing music to create a new home.  ‘Castle Pines Way’ the street where the now homeless Leandro used to live, became the name of the band and the fuel that pushed the music. Leandro and Sterling must have figured out some magic formula before they recorded this

Woren Webbe Gets You Hooked In The Emotions Of His Songs

Woren Webbe, is an Indian singer-songwriter and melody maker. At the age of 11 Webbe joined an English music choir where he got a massive opportunity to work with Indian jazz music legends like Laura Santana and Babush Santa. He started working for theatre groups, doing jingles, advertising and music scoring. In 2004 he left the music because he was more interested and focused on his studies.

During 2006 Webbe got over his broken love life, after having been inspired to write sad heartbreaking music which reflected his own situation. This changed his attitude making him more devoted to his music. In 2008 he sent his music to one of the most popular DJ’s in India, “DJ KARMA”, who was the only person playing Hiphop and R&B music in India at the time.

Woren Webbe debuted in the Asian Underground scene for his own new debut album, totalling over 1200000 views on MySpace and gaining over 120,000 fans on Facebook. Webbe reached #1 all over Asia in 2009.

I was introduced to Woren Webbe when I heard the track “Down In Love” featuring Karma. The song got my attention but I needed to hear more tracks before I decided to believe in Webbe’s project. Once I heard “You’re So Beautiful” featuring Efinxace, I knew that I would believe in it.

From beginning to end, this is quality R&B; some upbeat, some soothing, some thoughtful, some nostalgic, but all worth listening to. In general, I find it difficult to find a male vocalist who delivers melodically; with lyrics you can understand, and play around people of all ages, sex and creed. Webbe’s lyrics, tempo, and sound is also relevant to many, varied emotions and moods.

Out of the new breed of R&B singers like Chris Brown, Bobby V and Neyo etc., Woren Webbe needn’t feel inferior, he may only be lacking their wondrous production teams, but if he continues his constant growth in maturity and in his music style, he will certainly be able to take the torch from these guys sooner or later.

Woren Webbe delivers on all counts and could easily become one of the top, lasting performers in the R&B genre. He’s a soulful crooner and he gets you hooked in the emotions of his songs, like on “What About Us” performed together with Efinxcase. The tears just may fall on this one as you feel the boy’s pain. The song takes it back to the origins of R&B lyrically, pain and heartbreak and most of all, relativity.

Woren Webbe’s voice smooths over every track he does, proving to past fans and newcomers alike that he is here to stay. Listen to “Dreams” and “Don’t Walk Away” where he infuses pop melodies with rich, soulful productions. His vocal range and timbre, creates both strong emotion and sentiment for his songs.

Like many of his contemporaries, Woren Webbe seems to possess some love and respect for old-school R&B, and it shows through his solid song-writing skills and his soulful, melodious vocals. This is certainly among the best indie R&B I’ve heard in a while. Webbe is the real deal. He mixes a bit of the 80’s and 90’s R&B and Soul, with today’s modern urban sound, and it comes out sounding great.

Woren Webbe is a significant artist who certainly has a passion for music and best of all, anybody can enjoy his songs, regardless of genre, because they are truly beautiful, and that’s what music is: an art form able to motivate and uplift, with the beauty of its melody and rhythm. Few do it better than Woren Webbe!
