DEEPSYSTEM – “Anda Linda” – a zesty groove and a humid atmosphere!

DEEPSYSTEM, Europe’s underground ambassador of reggaeton and Latin trap — has remade the future of Spanish-language hip-hop in his image. If there is a revolution to be had in the new crossover market, this artist has done so by sticking to his guns, and mining reggaeton’s sonic riches for dancefloor gold. Rather than offer audiences lyrical signposts to what he’s thinking, DEEPSYSTEM makes you come to him, with a shared sense of explosive, downright sensual musicality and a hypnotically propulsive rhythm. Few others could do as much, in the European region. Furthermore, the man is consistent, putting out track after

Neave Zaria’s ‘Never The Same’ Is Evocative Of The Golden Era Of Jazz & Blues

Neave Zaria’s latest track ‘Never The Same’ is a soft yet impassioned exploration of our deepest infatuations and frustrations. The composition is steady but energetic, and the jazz spirit comes in hot from the get-go. Zaria’s voice bears a strong resemblance to that of the greatest blues singers of all time: Etta James and Aretha Franklin. The most modern comparisons would be to Adele and Norah Jones, but even then there’s a striking vulnerability in Zaria’s vocals that makes her stand apart. It helps that the English singer is just nineteen, but she demonstrates a superb ability at striking the

Miss Anita Jones blending traditional gospel with secular R&B sounds

Miss Anita Jones is a solo Gospel/R&B artist who began writing poetry and then advanced into songwriting. A native of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Miss Anita says that the intention with her sound is to join spirits together universally. Through her music she informs the listener that it’s not enough for you to have God in your life and him pushing you but you also have to have a confidence in yourself and confidence in the power of God, that gives, sustains and enhances one’s life.

Throughout her catalog, Miss Anita Jones fills each number with the message of the Lord. Her songs are gifts for anyone who wants a reminder that there are brighter days ahead, no matter how much pain we seem to be going through. She deals with love, pain and all those day to day emotional problems we need to deal with on a day-to-day basis. Miss Anita’s song titles clearly reflect its themes, like “Love is Pain”, “True Love Never Dies”, “God is Amazing”, “Angels Charge” and “Jesus We Love You”.

Miss Anita Jones music always provides it’s listeners with a 100% percent effort on her behalf, which leaves you little room to doubt her faith. She also moves with the times, blending traditional gospel with secular R&B sounds. She is authentic and is never trying to be overly preachy nor ignore her own struggles. Songs like “His Word Life” is a great song that seems to tap into the need to strengthen our self-esteem that might be low. Another interesting note is that Miss Anita Jones’ song, “True Love Never Dies”, has also been officially nominated in The Akademia Music Awards.

On a more technical note, it is obvious that Miss Anita is an independent artist and as often occurs in this sector, the instrumentation, overall production and vocal recordings are not always unblemished or error-free as you would expect on any radio-ready material. However with a little less echo and reverb on her voice, as well as a good producer to lead Miss Anita on her the way, there is nothing that any efficient professional studio recording cannot calibrate to perfection here.  The important thing is that Miss Anita Jones possesses the basic raw material – in her songs and lyrics, as well as her belief and faith in the Lord. That more compensates for the banal technicalities that are a whole lot easier to overcome!
