Amsterdam based collective Rob Klerkx & The Secret are proud to announce the release of their latest album titled ‘Live at IJland Studio’. Recorded during one session at the renowned IJland Studio, located in the band’s hometown, the album features dynamic live performances of 10 songs taken from previous studio releases.
Engineers Iwan Legro and Remko Schouten have captured each instrument with exceptional warmth and clarity, contributing to an experience which effectively places the listener front row and centre stage.
To compliment the audio, the entire session has been filmed in HD and is available for viewing via the band’s social media pages.
Releasing original music since 2006, Rob Klerkx is also known as the drummer for successful bands MOKE and Paulusma. As a proud member of the acclaimed Nashville Songwriters Association International, here he combines Alt-Americana inspired songwriting with the highly accomplished musicianship of his 6-piece band ‘The Secret’ to deliver ‘Live at IJland Studio’; a true achievement from both a creative and technical standpoint.
The album releases on 04/29/2016 and will be available on all major download and streaming platforms.
