Alcatraz is a suburban Chicago rapper who takes pride in his lyricism and the message of my music is of extreme importance to him. Some of Alcatraz’s biggest influences include Eminem, Logic, and Ice Cube.
Alcatraz states that he loves the culture and hip hop has been a part of his life since he was three years old – the first time he heard the Slim Shady LP.
Alcatraz writes all his own lyrics, mixes his tracks, masters them, and has also been dabbling in producing as well. “I have high expectations for myself,” says Alcatraz, “and hope one day that people around the world will be influenced by my music.”
Alcatraz’s latest track is entitled “Ambience” (Prod. Chris Wheeler)
