Luca Draccar is a driven, diverse and charismatic artist born in Italy, but based in Berlin, Germany. He recently set out to re-lease a new EP, “Flamboyant.” The brand new project marks a significant step forward for the artist, a true milestone that showcases growth and creative vision. The release does a really great job at portraying Luca Draccar’s vision, presenting a sound that falls somewhere in between the appealing melodies of deep house and the energy of techno.
The EP was born in the sunny atmosphere of Los Angeles, California, where the sun is always bright and the summer’s Kingdom is endless! This inspired some crazy, hot, and unique ideas, which turned Flamboyant into a fresh, sizzling project.
The EP has a modern and polished production, which really allows the mix to stand out for its clarity and depth. The low end is really fat and punchy, while the mid-range is warm, but never harsh. In addition to that, the top end has a nice, silky tone that really contributes to a smooth sounding mix that puts the main melodies at the forefront.
Luca Draccar’s work is informed by his experiences in Los Angeles as well as Berlin, where he is currently based. He certainly has a character of his own, as opposed to simply trying to copy other influences along the way.
