Of Afro-Mauritian origins, Marlon Cherry is born in the tropical sun drenched city of Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Zululand in South Africa. The singer/songwriter who has been breaking it down with many a band in his lifetime, from South Africa to The United Kingdom, Italy and Brazil since age 6.
He is currently also connected to a few entertainment companies in the USA, from Solo Music Publishing (CA & LV), Bay Area Block Report (SF & LV) distributed by E.M.P.I.R.E (SF) , Don E Productions (CA) and Audiosparx (Miami) while also being associated with other entertainment companies in The UK and The Far East as well.
Marlon’s lead single doing the rounds at the moment is “You are The Best” and can be streamed on all platforms globally. Written about a lady with whom he spent time with while on MTV Tour in Italy with his then band.
This single signifies the end of being a lead singer for many bands in a few countries, and in turn going “solo” to feel what that feels like. Stick with us while we go on this journey of nothing short of blissful groovy, soulful and above all, uplifting Music.
