Jamecia Decre was born and raised in Tallahassee Florida. Yes it’s the same city the great T-Pain comes from. What makes Jamecia Decre unique is that she is an artist through and through. She is a songwriter, singer, musician, and graphic designer. However, that’s not why we love her so much. It’s actually her day job, her heart and dedication to the liberation of BIPOC. She is an activist who fights every day for social justice issues and uses her art to advance political messages. Her music is inspired by her real life, for instance Rotation is inspired by a true fact that her plugs are on a schedule and rotate as needed. We just love to see it!
