From New Delhi to the World: ARUN’s Debut Music Video Takes the UK by Storm

Arun found the best opportunity to connect with himself and music again as he is releasing his latest single “If You Let Me To” under his real name after releasing music under the artist name Zeiven since 2021. Although it is not easy to navigate the issues in relationships especially when your close ones are far away, “If You Let Me To” reminds us that they are worth fighting for in the end as the space between people is always temporary. Writing personal songs was always a thing for him and hence, he wrote “If You Let Me To” to appreciate people in his life who loved him from a distance.

The project was started in 2021 when Arun was back in India however, came to a halt when he went to pursue his Master’s degree in Worcester, United Kingdom. It took him 2 years to bring this independent project as close to perfection and the music video was shot in picturesque locations like Great Malvern, Grasmere, Ambleside and Workington in England.

Producing music for nearly 9 years now, it was only in 2020 that Arun started releasing covers and his own songs under the artist name Zeiven after gaining traction from established artists like San Holo, Anne Marie, Flume and Said the Sky etc. As a person from Kerala who was born and brought up in Delhi, connecting to his roots was important for him and hence, Arun decided to release music under his real name and “If You Let Me To” felt like the perfect opportunity to do so.
