I’m StarChild Kayla from Cincinnati, Ohio and I have always had an interest in making music. I grew up in a house where my parents always had music of all genres playing in the house. I started guitar lessons at age 10 and I am self-taught on piano and drums. I started producing music and writing songs at age 14.
I immediately noticed that as a female I was not taken seriously so I knew that my work had to be the very best so I decided to make music playing real instruments, write lyrics with deep and thoughtful meanings, and create a hardcore sound with a soft delivery.
